Caleb Moore, MD, is a Board-Certified Internist and Founder of Greenwich Medical Partners, located in Greenwich, CT.
Dr. Caleb Moore has been in practice since 2007. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Dartmouth College in 1996, he spent a year working at the National Institutes of Health, where he participated in diagnostic research in Lymphoma and other hematological cancers.
Dr. Moore attended Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons, receiving his Doctor of Medicine in 2002. Following P+S, Dr. Moore completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and remained a Chief Resident within the Department of Medicine, assisting with the teaching programs for the Divisions of Primary Care and Medicine / Pediatrics.
In addition to patient responsibilities, Dr. Moore formerly served as the medical advisor to the Department of Health for the town of Darien. As a medical advisor, he helped create local public health policies, monitored reportable illnesses, and oversaw other initiatives. Dr. Moore and his wife, Rebecca, live in Greenwich with their three children.
